Sway!

November 18, 2019

Of all the weekends that we could have chosen to record this album, this was the perfect one. It was a solemn weekend and a lot was weighing on both of our hearts. We had knocked out half of the recording of the album in one day, and smoked some CBD joints outside by the fire. We had a great conversation about our lives, and went back into the studio and started this song from a great guitar loop by Cymba. When I did the hook I thought about how the greatest heartbreak I ever experienced was losing my brother, and there's nothing you can do about the pain. The verses needed to be wicked...

Balance on tight rope

Walking with my eyes closed

Sway!

You dont even know what I come from

No money, just pain

Pain

Never once did I stop

Now bitches watch me when I shop

We could never work cos im fucked up in the head

Ill give up the chains and buy my mom home stead

A thousand times the price of a penny for your thoughts

Bitches in the room never mentioning the ops

Facts

Think my heart is broken

& Its fucked up I know it

It is hard to swallow

Lotta empty bottles

& its fucked up I know it

Balance on a tight rope

Walking with my eyes closed

Sway!

Ask your shorty what it is,

She just tried to hit me with a kid

Sway!

Never once did I stop

Now bitches want dick on the rocks

Pardon what I say because im fucked up in the head

Can't know if I fly unless I jump over the ledge

Bills are on the table and I gotta get to work

Double up your hustle till you double up your worth that's

Facts

Everybody’s broken

& Its fucked up I know it

It is hard to swallow

Lotta empty bottles

& its fucked up I know it
